Two Dudes Card Shop Pre-Order Policy

1. Online pre-orders require payment upfront, we unfortunately do not control this policy.

2. A pre-order can be cancelled within 5 days of placing your order. After the 5th day, pre-orders cannot be cancelled without assessing a 10% restocking fee.

3. When placing a pre-order, we kindly ask that you do not order any other in stock items with the pre-order. Any additional in stock items ordered within the same pre-order number will be held until the pre-order release date. If you have pre-order items that have separate release dates within the same pre-order number, we will hold the order until all items have arrived at the store.

4. We strive to have our pre-orders out the day of their official release (NOT their pre-release date). Release days are typically a Friday so we aim to have orders out by 3 pm Friday or by Monday at 3 pm. Please make sure to read the shipping date estimate at the top of the production description.

5. Two Dudes Card Shop is not responsible if shipping delays that occur with our distribution partners, manufacturing companies or delivery companies. 

6. The pre-order price is your pre-order guaranteed price, we will not raise your price if items happen to go up before their release date. Consequentially, you will not be provided refunds if the price of your items goes down in price before release.
