Refund Policy
Sealed Products
Because we are working with unopened cards/boxes that are randomly assorted with zero guarantees, we cannot offer refunds once the products has left our store. If you place an order online and decide that you no longer would like what you order, please send us a message asking for a refund and we will complete that for you.
Single Cards
Anyone that is interested in purchasing any of our single cards from our online store and would like additional pictures of the front, back or sides of a card, please message us and we will accommodate that request as best as we can.
Same policy applies for the single cards as our sealed product, once the item/items leave our property they are no longer refundable. We do understand that these policies might be a bit strict but Pokémon TCG is an extremely popular hobby and with that will always bring back actors trying to get one over on honest people so we try to eliminate that as best as we can.
