Policy For Breaks on Facebook
(Q): What is a break?
(A): A break is when someone buys a products and agrees to have the seller open that product live on stream. The products available to break can be anything that is available on the break page on a given day. This could include booster packs, booster box, collections tin, etc.
(Q): What does the customer receive?
(A): The customer/buyer has a choice to receive everything from their break or any just the hits from their break. Hits include anything that shines, IE, Holo cards, Reverse Holo cards, V-Max, Full Arts, AR/SAR, etc. If a viewer is watching live and choses only "hit cards" but would like a additional card from the break, just let us know.
Shipping Terms For Breaks
We do not charge shipping during checkout, instead the shipping is purchased once a customer/buyer is done with purchasing items for their break. An example scenario would looking something like this:
"Buyer A" buys 5 booster packs and then an hour later purchases 5 more booster packs and then 15 minutes later buys an additional 3 booster packs.
This would all fall under one order and "Buyer A" only needs to pay one fee for shipping.
Holding Boxes
If you are not ready to ship your cards because of a new product coming out or you believe you might want another break later in the week, no problem. Once a break is complete, your items go immediately into a sealed bag and into a holding box until they are ready to be shipped. Each buyer will have a choice to either chose one of 3 options for their break:
- Rip And Ship - We will ship you items out immediately after shipping is purchase once the stream is over. This option is intended for customer he just want to open for one stream.
- Hold My Items - Small Bag - For customers who want to break multiple times and save on shipping, they can select to have their items stored in a protective bag until either they are ready to ship or fill their bag. If a buyer feels their bags with cards, the customer can select "Ship my bag" and we will get your hits out to you.
- Hold My Items - ETB Box - For customers who plan to a large amount of break spots with us, they can ask to fill up an entire ETB box with their pulls. This is the largest storage option we offer but carries the highest shipping cost. Once the ETB box is filled, the buyer can select "Ship my ETB box" and we will ship out the full box to you.
- Local customers - Customers who are local can pick up your cards at the store Wednesday through Saturday.
Paying For Your Shipping
Once you are done breaking or you have filled a bag or ETB container, you will need to purchase shipping for your items and we will get them out to you. If you are local and live near our retail store, there will also be an option for store pickup to save on the shipping cost.
Statements
Breaks are non-refundable. Once you buy into a break and a singular (1) pack is open, we cannot refund the purchase.
We cannot ship your cards until a form of shipping or pickup is chosen. We will send out reminders to customers via the email they provide on their order.
Once you buy into a break, either solo or group, you are agreeing to this terms
